for TC III

We invite wholesale orders
from nurseries, garden centers, botanical gardens, garden
designers, landscapers, and garden clubs. Our wholesale
plants are sold as Tissue Culture Stage III plantlets.
Our plants are being produced and marketed as plugs,
liners, and finished plants by many nurseries in North
America and Europe. These are listed on the Other Producers page. TC III plantlets are rooted plants about 3/4 to 1" tall that are shipped still growing in medium in clear plastic culture containers. These can be kept in the containers for a short time after receipt. The plants are easy to acclimate to life in pots; this is the most economical way to buy large numbers. If you are accustomed to working with seedlings or small cuttings, you should have no problems with our TC III plantlets. However, be sure to read the section called "Caring for TC III." Minimum order is 100 plants of a given variety. Prices are plus packing and shipping (actual UPS ground to 1 and 2-day delivery zones, Air to rest of US, plus $2.00 per carton packing). For most varieties we will need at least several months lead time unless sufficient material at the proper stage is on hand. Large orders will require longer lead times and will probably be shipped in installments. Some growers have become wary of tissue culture as a means of propagating variegated plants and those that are color sports in other ways. The plants that we sell are not chimeras (mosaics of genetically different tissues) and stay stable in tissue culture. TERMS We will invoice at net 30 days, 1.5% interest per month added thereafter. |
