'Stainless Steel' (PPAF) is the ultimate in metallic foliage in a heuchera cultivar.

Growth Habit - An open mound of foliage about 8" high X 16" across. The flower stems are erect to angled and about 18" tall.

Foliage -
In spring the young foliage is silver with a purple flush, becoming clear silver at bloom time; the undersides of the leaves are dark red-purple. The leaves are about 4" across.

Flowers -
The flowers are large white bells from pink buds on wiry stems in late May to June.

Special Features - One of the parents of this hybrid is Heuchera pubescens, an especially hardy, drought-resistant species of
rocky slopes in the Appalachians.
