Heuchera 'Hearts
on Fire' (PP#15,320) has a dense 8" tuft of
silvery-red ruffled foliage and 24" spikes
of white flowers in the spring. It won Best of
Show at the North American Rock Garden Plant Show
in Pittsburgh in 2001.
Because the foliage is dense
and the flower stalks are upright, 'Hearts on
Fire' has an excellent pot presentation in small
or large pots. The plants above are in 6"
pots; that to the left is in a 2.5" pot. It
is an especially good heuchera for use in
containers or for a raised bed or rock garden.
