| 'Silver
Light' (PP#15,067) has the most silvery leaves we
have ever seen on a Heuchera. It is a medium
sized plant with a clump of small, lobed leaves
to 4 or 5 inches and upright spikes of frilly
pink flowers to about 18" in late spring. We
grow 'Silver Light' in light shade and combine it
with low growing plants with silvery tones such
as Athyrium niponicum f. pictum, Asarum spp.,
hardy Cyclamen, and glaucous sedges (Carex spp.).
The compact size and upright flower stems of
'Silver Light' makes it a good heuchera for use
in containers or along the fronts of beds. |
